Reports

Overview

The Reports section provides various reports for analyzing billing data, customer information, aircraft data, and system statistics. Reports help with data analysis, reconciliation, and business intelligence.

Report Categories

• Customer Reports: Reports on customer data and billing
• Invoice Reports: Reports on invoice summaries and statistics
• Aircraft Reports: Reports on aircraft data and transfers
• Aviation Billing Statistics: Statistical reports on billing data
• Specialized Reports: Boundary Point, IATA Invoices, TEF Invoices, Customer Feedback

Report Features

• Most reports can be filtered by date range, customer, or other criteria
• Reports can often be exported to Excel or CSV
• Reports provide insights into billing operations

Navigation

Navigate to Reports → Customer Reports

Submenu Options

• Unknown Customers: Shows customers that appear in billing data but aren't in the customer database
• Unbilled Customers: Shows customers that have data but haven't been billed yet
• Customer Types: Reports on customer type classifications
• Exempt Flights: Reports on flights that are exempt from billing

Unknown Customers Report

Shows customers that appear in billing data but aren't in the customer database. Helps identify customers that need to be added to the system.

1. Navigate to Reports → Customer Reports → Unknown Customers
2. View the list of unknown customers
3. Use the information to add missing customers to the system

Unbilled Customers Report

Shows customers that have data but haven't been billed yet. Helps identify customers that need invoice generation.

1. Navigate to Reports → Customer Reports → Unbilled Customers
2. View the list of unbilled customers
3. Use this report to identify customers ready for invoice generation

Customer Types Report

Provides reports on customer type classifications and distributions.

1. Navigate to Reports → Customer Reports → Customer Types
2. View customer type statistics and distributions

Exempt Flights Report

Shows flights that are exempt from billing charges. Helps track exempt flight activity.

1. Navigate to Reports → Customer Reports → Exempt Flights
2. View exempt flight data and statistics

Submenu Options

• Invoice Summary: Summary of invoices for selected billing periods
• Zero Value Invoices: Reports on invoices with zero value
• Zero Value Flights: Reports on flights with zero value within invoices

Invoice Summary Report

Provides a summary of invoices for selected billing periods. Shows invoice totals, counts, and other summary statistics.

1. Navigate to Reports → Invoice Reports → Invoice Summary
2. Select billing period(s) and other filters
3. Generate the report
4. Export to Excel if needed

Zero Value Invoices Report

Shows invoices that have a zero total value. Helps identify invoices that may need review or adjustment.

1. Navigate to Reports → Invoice Reports → Zero Value Invoices
2. View the list of zero value invoices
3. Review and investigate why these invoices have zero value

Zero Value Flights Report

Shows individual flights within invoices that have zero value. Provides detailed breakdown of zero value line items.

1. Navigate to Reports → Invoice Reports → Zero Value Flights
2. View detailed zero value flight information
3. Use filters to narrow down results

• Unknown Aircraft: Aircraft that appear in data but aren't in inventory
• Missing Aircraft Type: Aircraft without assigned aircraft types
• Aircraft Transfers: Reports on aircraft ownership transfers
• Aircraft Ownership: Reports on aircraft ownership information
• Aircraft Operator: Reports on aircraft operators

Unknown Aircraft Report

Aircraft that appear in billing data but aren't in the aircraft inventory. Helps identify aircraft that need to be added to the system.

1. Navigate to Reports → Aircraft Reports → Unknown Aircraft
2. View the list of unknown aircraft
3. Use the information to add missing aircraft to inventory

Missing Aircraft Type Report

Aircraft records that don't have an assigned aircraft type. Helps identify aircraft that need type assignments.

1. Navigate to Reports → Aircraft Reports → Missing Aircraft Type
2. View aircraft without type assignments
3. Update aircraft records with appropriate types

Aircraft Transfers Report

Reports on aircraft ownership transfers, showing when aircraft changed ownership.

1. Navigate to Reports → Aircraft Reports → Aircraft Transfers
2. View transfer history and details
3. Use filters to find specific transfers

Aircraft Ownership Report

Reports on current aircraft ownership information and ownership history.

1. Navigate to Reports → Aircraft Reports → Aircraft Ownership
2. View ownership information
3. Export data if needed

Aircraft Operator Report

Reports on aircraft operators, showing which operators are associated with which aircraft.

1. Navigate to Reports → Aircraft Reports → Aircraft Operator
2. View operator information
3. Analyze operator distributions

Boundary Point Report

Generates reports on boundary point data for air navigation billing. Boundary points are used in calculating per-mile charges for air navigation services.

1. Navigate to Reports → Boundary Point
2. Configure report parameters
3. Generate the boundary point report
4. Export data if needed

IATA Invoices

View and manage IATA (International Air Transport Association) related invoices and reports. These invoices are related to IATA billing and settlement.

1. Navigate to Reports → IATA Invoices
2. View IATA invoice listings
3. Filter and search IATA invoices
4. Export invoice data

T.E.F. Invoices

View and manage TEF (Tourism Enhancement Fund) passenger data invoices. These invoices are related to passenger service charges and tourism enhancement fees.

1. Navigate to Reports → T.E.F. Invoices
2. View TEF invoice listings
3. Access passenger data related to TEF charges
4. Export invoice and passenger data

Customer Feedback Report

View reports on customer feedback and satisfaction data. This report helps track customer satisfaction and feedback trends.

1. Navigate to Reports → Customer Feedback Report
2. View customer feedback data
3. Analyze feedback trends and patterns
4. Export feedback data for analysis
